The room was quite small. I noticed mold in the bathroom. It had a really bad smell. The hotel didn't clean the mold, even after I complained.

the location is excellent it is only a short walk to major attractions like the blue mosque. the roof terrace offered fine sea views and a relaxed atmosphere. i also appreciated the complimentary water and coffee available around the clock. the staff were friendly and always ready to help with directions.

the breakfast was not the best some items were uncovered potentially exposing the food to flies. the coffee was not very good i had to make it myself. more attention to food covering will be a great change.

the staff was friendly and helpful. they assisted with questions. the location is perfect, near main attractions. a tram station is a short walk away.

The air conditioning in my room was not working. I reported this issue. a fan was provided, but the weather was hot, so it wasn't very effective. water was standing in the bathroom. This was not rectified.

The location was excellent for accessing major sights. I found Sultan Ahmet, Topkapi, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the Grand Bazaar just a short walk away. Tram stations and supermarkets are also conveniently nearby. The staff provided very helpful guidance with tours and other assistance. It was great.

The bathroom was really small. I found it difficult to move.
